Dishonest management. I called to try and understand my bill because the charges didn't make sense to me. The first time I tried they said they would call back and never did. The second time they pretended to not know what i was talking about. Then they sent my bill to collections without explaining it to me.Based on my experience - this company is run by dishonest people who may try to overcharge you.

My A.C. Unit went down due to Hurricane Sally. Had to have been the Electrical surges from the power cutting on & off.Last night I realized my house was not cold and I knew the AC had been running. I went to investigate & realized my Outdoor unit wasn’t running. (It has been the day before)I called this morning & they got someone out here by 2pm today.I probably lucked out because other people are out of power. But he fixed it !Fried wiring from an electric surge, my compacitor went out and he fixed another part.It’s already cooling In here.Mills Heating & Air has exceptional service and I highly recommend them to anyone.P.s. I purchased the system through Mills 3 years ago, they beat out 9 other estimates. I didn’t pick the lowest estimate, I picked the most reasonable price for the product plus the service that came with it.From the office staff, sales representative and service techs. They deserve 5 stars ! Exceptional service.

Mill’s installed my heating and air unit in 2017. It has worked really well since. I recently noticed an intermittent problem and contacted Mill’s after normal working hours. They returned my call immediately and came out early the next morning. Scott was the technician and identified the problem. A replacement part was ordered and quickly installed. Everyone I spoke with at Mill’s was very professional and followed through as promised. I would definitely recommend Mill’s to anyone needing new heating and air or service to existing equipment. When Mills Heating & Air replaced my unit, they did a poor job and on top of that my unit was not done right. That photo is the inside part of the AC unit, and as you can see there black mold on it. I have to periodically open it up and clean it up with bleach and if you also notice. it's not easy to take the cover off because of the tubing routing. Your manager told me that they where going to make things right, well I'm STILL WAITING.

These past seven yrs I have dealt with one company. I have lost confidence in this company. Since June I have had problems with my a/c. The solution offered were buy a wireless a/c, very expensive!I got smart, finally. I called Mills on Tuesday. Mr Harvell was here Wednesday afternoon and repaired my a/c in 30 minutes and cost $175. Mr Harvell was knowledgable, professional, easy to work with.I cannot say enough positive things about this company.Thanks so much for your willingness to help and then actually helping.Having problems , call Mills!!

Our air conditioning went out a week after July 4th, couldn't be any hotter in FL but then. Our entire condominium complex, almost 500 condos, uses Mills Heating and Air. They were recommended to us as being new condo owners. We couldn't have been more happy with this company and especially our installers. Extremely courteous, hard working, and just "good guys". Along with a great price, I can't recommend this company enough. Thanks for "cooling us down"!!!

We had a recent service call with Mills, and the problem was resolved within three hours of our call, despite it being during 4th of July week. Terry Adkison, the service technician, did a great job at a reasonable price. Mills will now be our first choice for all of our heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend this company!

Called last night about having Mills give a quote on vacuuming and charging a brand new mini split. After he started to estimate a quote he stopped himself and said " I would be calling him with every little thing afterward" Then I explained that all the installation was done and just needed vacuuming, charging 4 more ounces , and starting it up. It was a Senville system designed for DIY.Mills asked me why I don't just do THAT myself. Of course I needed to remind him that adding R410a requires a licensed HVAC technician. He said, " Maybe I should have thought about that before I ordered the system. " How rude.When I got to work, I brought it up and one of my co-workers said he had called for a similar quote and was told 4000 dollars. Seriously.I would never recommend. Will make sure this gets posted.

Our landlord called out Mills when our A/C went out at our office. They were out in a very timely manner and Brett was very informative & knowledgeable. He also shared some tricks of the trade to help prevent the issue we had. As a service business owner, I really appreciated Brett's honesty and openness. Paul went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this ac company to anyone. Small owned local business, that’s very fast, friendly, and just amazing in general. Paul was able to come out with in 2 hours of calling him just for a quote, but ended up helping us out immensely; had another company that came out and wouldn’t even trouble shoot the system, and told us it was going to be 6500$ for a new system, he was able to help us out for a hell of a lot less. Honest, Professional, friendly, and full of integrity and knowledge. Definitely will not use a different company while I live down here.

I've done business with Mills for many years and they've always given me great service, but they've really gone above and beyond this summer! Not only did they respond quickly to troubleshoot and help me keep my old unit going as long as possible, but also provided a detailed assessment of my home to find the most affordable and efficient replacement unit. They managed to get right to me at their busiest time of the year and worked around weather issues to get the installation done quickly. I didn't get everyone's name that came to the rescue, but many thanks to Paul, Richard, Ross, and Terry. You guys are THE BEST!

I would have given a five star rating had the one technician not treated me like I should have known what to do when they first installed the unit and there wasn't any cold air coming out. When I called this person was very rude. I told him "I'm not an A/C person, hence the reason I hired you and then you want to blame me because I'm not aware of how the unit works? They did fix the problem and the unit has been working fine.One would assume you'd insure the Freon had been turned on/tested before signing off on the job?????????
