There is no contract or money down, and we do not have any reoccurring fees. Payment is not due until after our technician has thoroughly completed your inspection.

- Flush condenser coil with fresh water (if water is available)

- Seal any air leaks around the indoor unit
- Remove any foreign debris from the inside of the outdoor unit
