Part repairs & replacements: A standard heat pump is comprised of an indoor and outdoor unit, both of which protect certain critical system parts. A diagnostic will determine which part is causing trouble. From there, your technician will either attempt to repair the part or suggest a replacement for it. We will always try to save the part before suggesting a replacement.

System warranties: Parts and labor for your heat pump are covered under different warranties, with parts tending to last around 10 years and labor less than half of that (and more commonly about a year). We always find out whether your system is under warranty to save you as much money on the repair as possible.

System age: System age often determines how significant the repairs are, and how much labor is required to complete them. Rarely, a replacement may be necessary. Suggesting a replacement is our option of last resort. And when you do need one, we have excellent financing options to help you pay for it.
