If access is available, they will inspect the condition of the ductwork and make recommendations if necessary. Additionally, the consultant will discuss your comfort goals, budget, and system preferences to help you choose the system that best suits your needs.

If you’re not available in person for this consultation, no problem. We can discuss your needs in detail over the phone before or after our in-home visit.

What Should I Expect on Installation Day?

On installation day, you can relax knowing that Mills Heating & Air has everything covered. Our team will call you when their truck is loaded and they are enroute, typically arriving between 8:30 and 9:30 AM. You don’t even need to be present during the installation; we just need access to the property when we arrive.

We treat your home with the respect it deserves. Our technicians take extra care to protect your floors and furnishings by using drop cloths. We strive to complete the installation efficiently, thoroughly, and with minimal disruption to your day.
