Totally professional! They were communicative and priced right. Installation team was great replacing our split unit. They were proactive and replacing a failed motherboard on the unit before it became an issue. I will use Mills again

Keith or Kevin (don’t remember which) was extremely helpful and responsive! We called them on a Saturday night, a human answered the phone and a technician called us back within 5 minutes. Super nice and fast. Highly recommend them!

On Monday August 2nd I scheduled an appointment with Mills AC to make repairs to an AC unit Mills installed and is still under warranty.I have now been without AC for 3 weeks in Destin, Florida.The office staff has given me the run around for 3 weeks and the service manager Brent will not call me back.It is unbelievable to me that you can’t fix a customers AC for three weeks. A customer who spent thousands for you to install the unit less than 4 years ago.RIDICULOUS AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.3 weeks later, Still waiting on Mills to repair the unit they installed.

I was looking to replace our AC/Heat. The first technician showed up an set our motor on fire and he had to replace it an then he had to charge us to replace our original thermatstat since the old one did not work with the new one. The price $119.00. I am a nice person an did not inform the company of this issue and paid for something we should not have. Then our AC/Heat finally stopped cooling so we called them again in July 2021, a technician arrived an began checking everything, upon going outside he forgot to turn off the switch to the unit opened the box where the cellunoid is an tried to disconnect it an almost electrocuted himself. Then he looked at the ground wiring and simply said it was not working. He did not charge us since we asked to get a quote for an entire new unit. It took them 2 days before a sales rep to get back to us as heat/humidity reached 90+ deg. 2 months later we received a bill for $89.00. We contacted a second company an that technician reconnected the ground wire an had our AC/heat up an running again. We have used Mills for over 20+ years an this is the worst service we have ever received.

I have used Mills twice for new AC units at my home as well as periodic repairs, and I have been pleased every time. Their prices are very competitive and their service is outstanding. They also have great "support" staff in the office that stay in contact and follow up during the process!

Best company ever. Called Friday afternoon, they came right out my airconditioner was fixed by Monday afternoon. They ordered the part and got it fixed immediantly. The price was reasonable less than half of what Total Air Care wanted to charge me after 3 weeks of no one knew what they were doing except passing the buck. Mills gotten taken care of within a couple days. Thank you Mills Heating & Air.

This is a great company to work with! They provided a competitive quote and they have great customer service! All the technicians we worked with were great! We had an issue with the AC and they sent a tech out on a Friday night to resolve it and then he took it one step further and fixed some stuff that they didn't necessarily have to. I would highly recommend this company!

I have a rental house and have used Mills a couple of times with no problems but I guess it's because there was never really an important issue - it was always small things that went wrong. Well let me tell you, if you have have problems with your A\C don't call MIlls. They are not only highly incompetent but they tried charging me twice for the same part. They are nothing but crooks!! Stay away!

Dishonest management. I called to try and understand my bill because the charges didn't make sense to me. The first time I tried they said they would call back and never did. The second time they pretended to not know what i was talking about. Then they sent my bill to collections without explaining it to me.Based on my experience - this company is run by dishonest people who may try to overcharge you.

My A.C. Unit went down due to Hurricane Sally. Had to have been the Electrical surges from the power cutting on & off.Last night I realized my house was not cold and I knew the AC had been running. I went to investigate & realized my Outdoor unit wasn’t running. (It has been the day before)I called this morning & they got someone out here by 2pm today.I probably lucked out because other people are out of power. But he fixed it !Fried wiring from an electric surge, my compacitor went out and he fixed another part.It’s already cooling In here.Mills Heating & Air has exceptional service and I highly recommend them to anyone.P.s. I purchased the system through Mills 3 years ago, they beat out 9 other estimates. I didn’t pick the lowest estimate, I picked the most reasonable price for the product plus the service that came with it.From the office staff, sales representative and service techs. They deserve 5 stars ! Exceptional service.

Mill’s installed my heating and air unit in 2017. It has worked really well since. I recently noticed an intermittent problem and contacted Mill’s after normal working hours. They returned my call immediately and came out early the next morning. Scott was the technician and identified the problem. A replacement part was ordered and quickly installed. Everyone I spoke with at Mill’s was very professional and followed through as promised. I would definitely recommend Mill’s to anyone needing new heating and air or service to existing equipment. When Mills Heating & Air replaced my unit, they did a poor job and on top of that my unit was not done right. That photo is the inside part of the AC unit, and as you can see there black mold on it. I have to periodically open it up and clean it up with bleach and if you also notice. it's not easy to take the cover off because of the tubing routing. Your manager told me that they where going to make things right, well I'm STILL WAITING.

These past seven yrs I have dealt with one company. I have lost confidence in this company. Since June I have had problems with my a/c. The solution offered were buy a wireless a/c, very expensive!I got smart, finally. I called Mills on Tuesday. Mr Harvell was here Wednesday afternoon and repaired my a/c in 30 minutes and cost $175. Mr Harvell was knowledgable, professional, easy to work with.I cannot say enough positive things about this company.Thanks so much for your willingness to help and then actually helping.Having problems , call Mills!!
