My daughter came down to beach house , expecting friends the following day. Upon arrival, she found that the AC was OUT!! THIS was 4 pm . I have used Mills for AC for the past 8 yrs and when I reported the situation, they very kindly sent a guy out at 6pm to check unit. He repaired it the following morning. So I have nothing but praise for everyone involved!! TY MILLS.

Very pleased with the service we received. Living in Florida air conditioning is a necessity!! I called when our air conditioning stopped working and they came out the same day and fixed it! The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this business.

Called Mills at 7:30 am to report our AC was not working. (We had them out 2 months earlier to check that our AC was in good working condition. They said it was fine and took our money for the service call.) We called twice during the day to see when they were coming, they responded we were on the list and they would be here. At 5:30 after everyone else was closed they called and said they were not coming today. We asked if we would be first tomorrow and they said no and couldn’t even guarantee that they would come. She informed us it’s hot outside!! Thanks for nothing I would rate no stars if that was possible!!

I cannot say enough about this company. If you’re having a/c problems or need an entire new system like I did, you have to give these guys a call. They weren’t the first ones to try and fix my a/c. No one else could get it done but they sure did! From start to finish they were very professional, polite, arrived on time, kept me informed, cleaned up after themselves 😳, and finished the job in record time. And then stayed to make sure the system was working properly instead of just bolting! Great job guys, you’ve earned every praise I can give and my new a/c feels soooo good! Thanks! 😊❄️

Keith or Kevin (don’t remember which) was extremely helpful and responsive! We called them on a Saturday night, a human answered the phone and a technician called us back within 5 minutes. Super nice and fast. Highly recommend them!

On Monday August 2nd I scheduled an appointment with Mills AC to make repairs to an AC unit Mills installed and is still under warranty.I have now been without AC for 3 weeks in Destin, Florida.The office staff has given me the run around for 3 weeks and the service manager Brent will not call me back.It is unbelievable to me that you can’t fix a customers AC for three weeks. A customer who spent thousands for you to install the unit less than 4 years ago.RIDICULOUS AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.3 weeks later, Still waiting on Mills to repair the unit they installed.

Best company ever. Called Friday afternoon, they came right out my airconditioner was fixed by Monday afternoon. They ordered the part and got it fixed immediantly. The price was reasonable less than half of what Total Air Care wanted to charge me after 3 weeks of no one knew what they were doing except passing the buck. Mills gotten taken care of within a couple days. Thank you Mills Heating & Air.

This is a great company to work with! They provided a competitive quote and they have great customer service! All the technicians we worked with were great! We had an issue with the AC and they sent a tech out on a Friday night to resolve it and then he took it one step further and fixed some stuff that they didn't necessarily have to. I would highly recommend this company!

I have a rental house and have used Mills a couple of times with no problems but I guess it's because there was never really an important issue - it was always small things that went wrong. Well let me tell you, if you have have problems with your A\C don't call MIlls. They are not only highly incompetent but they tried charging me twice for the same part. They are nothing but crooks!! Stay away!

Dishonest management. I called to try and understand my bill because the charges didn't make sense to me. The first time I tried they said they would call back and never did. The second time they pretended to not know what i was talking about. Then they sent my bill to collections without explaining it to me.Based on my experience - this company is run by dishonest people who may try to overcharge you.
