I had occasion to use Mills AC recently for repair of two of my AC units. Let me say first, the ladies answering the phone were as nice as could be, and actually seemed interested in helping me. Ben was the technician who helped me on both jobs, and given the circumstances was a delight to work with. Ben went the extra mile, literally, driving to another city to pick up a motor, without which I would have been without AC for a long hot weekend. One of my units required the replacement of an evaporator coil. The tech did a great job, very neat, polite, and cleaned up when done.
Mills pricing is fair with firm proposals prior to any major job.

From the beginning…I had multiple estimates for a new HVAC system that was previously diagnosed by another company. Lance came out on a Wednesday and actually checked the whole system to see if the original diagnosis was correct. It was. I received a quote for a replacement system and the price was reasonable. What pushed it over the edge and the decision to go with Mills was scheduling. The next opening wasn’t until Tuesday and I had already been w/out a working system for close to a month…80-86 degrees in my house. I asked, not expecting..if there was anything sooner. Lance got back with me and said he could rearrange the schedule and get me in on Friday. My response—DONE! Install day…installer was a little late but had communicated the time with me so that was fine. Jonathon and Jackson worked efficiently yet took their time to get everything installed correctly and up and running. They both were extremely polite, answered my questions and explained the “how-to’s” in language I could understand…me not being well versed with HVACs LOL. Friday 8/23 not only maintained the long-standing positives but added, big time.
Elijah and AJ were here...prompt, professional, personable, patient, and very positive overall. I absolutely would have rated 5 stars even if I hadn't been given a delightful treat basket...what a surprise!!!
