Mills is beyond OUTSTANDING! The Customer Service Representatives are the BEST we have ever worked with. They go out of their way to ensure we receive the BEST service possible each and every time we call. We have a condo in Destin, but live in Atlanta, Georgia and they have always been quick to respond and ensured our guests were never inconvenienced. Richard, Allen, Terry, Megan and Jennifer are ROCK stars! Thank you for all of the years of EXCELLENT customer service - we would never rely on any other company for our HVAC needs.

Paul went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this ac company to anyone. Small owned local business, that’s very fast, friendly, and just amazing in general. Paul was able to come out with in 2 hours of calling him just for a quote, but ended up helping us out immensely; had another company that came out and wouldn’t even trouble shoot the system, and told us it was going to be 6500$ for a new system, he was able to help us out for a hell of a lot less. Honest, Professional, friendly, and full of integrity and knowledge. Definitely will not use a different company while I live down here.

I've done business with Mills for many years and they've always given me great service, but they've really gone above and beyond this summer! Not only did they respond quickly to troubleshoot and help me keep my old unit going as long as possible, but also provided a detailed assessment of my home to find the most affordable and efficient replacement unit. They managed to get right to me at their busiest time of the year and worked around weather issues to get the installation done quickly. I didn't get everyone's name that came to the rescue, but many thanks to Paul, Richard, Ross, and Terry. You guys are THE BEST!

We have been customers of Mills Heating & Air for many years and always get great service and prices. This is very important as we have Destin Getaways Vacation Rental Co. and buy many new AC units as well as repairs to all our condos and homes that we manage.

I would have given a five star rating had the one technician not treated me like I should have known what to do when they first installed the unit and there wasn't any cold air coming out. When I called this person was very rude. I told him "I'm not an A/C person, hence the reason I hired you and then you want to blame me because I'm not aware of how the unit works? They did fix the problem and the unit has been working fine. One would assume you'd insure the Freon had been turned on/tested before signing off on the job?????????

I had Mills Heating and Air replace my unit last year in January. Once the weather warmed up my 6 month old unit couldn’t keep up and was always 5-8 degrees hotter than the set temperature. Had them come out and the tech noticed that the installer did not close off a vent when they switched it from gas to electric so my unit had been sucking hot air from the outside for months. I asked the tech if that could’ve harmed my unit and he told me “well it’s not good for it.” Needless to say, my unit never got any better and they pretty much told me it’s not there problem. They supposedly had their tech get in my attic and said he saw some thin spots in insulation so that’s probably it. I’ve been in my attic multiple times and I can tell you it is not lacking insulation anywhere. So here I am again in May with my 1 1/2 year old unit not being able to keep my house cool. Don’t use Mill’s. They do not stand behind their warranty and products.

We had a faulty unit due to being incorrectly installed (not by Mills) and these guys have been so knowledgeable and honest about the options vs price to fix it, replace it, etc. In the past when we have had an issue they came and quickly fixed the issue with no issues, great customer service, polite , etc. IMO that’s hard to find and very appreciated. We will never use anyone other than Mills, as they are the BEST hands down.

Paul was beyond amazing. Had another ac company come out and try to charge me over 6 grand. He was able to help us out for a lot less than that. Will not be using any other ac companies out here except mills.

I highly recommend Mills Heating and Air. They are true professionals. Brad made himself available to quickly diagnose and thoroughly explain the problem/solution. Craig and Josh then masterfully executed the fix despite a few unexpected challenges while working in an extremely hot attic in mid July.

HVAC system stopped working on 6/28 during this horrendous heat wave. Called Peadon AC who has installed and serviced our AC units for 20+ years. No tech available before 7/2, WHHATT? Called Mills who had done a small project for us in the past. Outcome? AC working within an hour and a half. Prompt, courteous and quality service. Mills is now our AC Team for our 2 homes. Job well done, Thanks!!!

I have been waiting all week for Total Air Care to show up from a work order called in last Friday. I called Mills AC today, who I wish had installed my new unit and they were at my house in 15 minutes tops! Brad cleared out the AC line and as always when dealing with them he was very professional. I can now sleep in cool temps again. #saynotototalaircare #totalairdoesnthonor their warranties...Thanks guys! This is why they get all my referrals for my vacation rentals.

Very happy with our service. While we ended up having to have our unit replaced, Mills tried to help us get through the summer, while other companies told us our only option was a new unit. When we finally decided to replace it this winter, they were great!

Once again, Mills came through for me. I was having issue with my A/C unit (the fan would not turn off) so I called on Mills and they sent a tech out he next day. Ross was our tech and he was super knowledgeable, polite and respectful of our home. He diagnosed the problem (bad indoor blower motor), found out it was still under warranty, ordered a new one and it was installed the next day. He was fast and efficient and saved me some money (with the warranty item). While he was there he checked my whole system and ensured everything was running smoothly. Hard to find these kind of guys these days. Call Mills - they have some good ones.

Richard from Mills installed our original a/c 17 yrs when we built the house. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about a/c systems. Richard helped us select the best one for our house. When our a/c went out in March our first call was again to Mills. Paul came out to check the system, it was DEAD. Paul contacted Richard, who was out on medical leave, and Richard actually called and helped us select the new system. The new system was installed the next morning and you couldn't tell they had been here, very professional team. With employees like Richard and Paul why would you call anyone else. Bonus, our first electric bill after installation was almost 20% less than last month and the same month last year.

Mills came out and put in a new system at my home. They were reasonable in price, did great work, and delivered great customer service! The entire unit was installed in 4.5 hours and they fixed the air flow that was lagging In a couple of my back bedrooms. Midnight June 28th and we realize it is 80 degrees in the house. I called Mills the next morning and it was fixed by 12:30pm that day. The staff was great. The young lady who took my call and the 2 technicians. I know I will call Mills in the future and will recommend to everyone in the neighborhood.

I only wish we used Mills Heating and Air from the very beginning when we needed our A/C serviced. From the first person I spoke to on the phone to the service technician (Brett) I received courteous and professional service and would highly recommend them.
